Pros

Solid company, good training, decent benefits. You get one weekend off a month if you want to use that time instead of your normal two workdays off.

Cons

BEWARE! There was a recent change in the policy for the sales person to sign a sheet that says that if you leave the company, Ryan Homes can now KEEP COMMISSIONS LEGITIMATELY EARNED ON CLOSED SALES and use them to pay themselves back any partial commission advances that have been given and they have the right to recover any additional advances, including going into your bank account to take out money from the deposited paycheck is a huge morale killer for the sales team. It is all very shady and unless you have sold NOTHING in many months (hence earned nothing). You will likely owe the company tens of thousands of dollars which are due upon termination!

Pros

Great training for new reps!

Cons

You’re running your own business in some ways. May be a con if you’re uncomfortable with this and high stress situations.
