Pros
Overall, roles across the company are well compensated, and those who are bonus eligible receive an annual lump sum - it's based on company performance, not tied to individual performance. So, if the company does well but your manager thinks you didn't, you still get your bonus.
Cons
Healthcare options are poor, and costly - but this isn't unusual for corporations today. 401K match is OK, not great. Management can't handle the concept of flex time or remote working. Career planning is pretty non-existent, and the bi-annual round of layoffs means you're always looking over your shoulder. Progress is slow, slow, slow. Lovely people across the organization - a lot of "lifers" who have never worked anywhere else, or been there for a decade or more, but in the same role, same level.
