      Pros

      Good people to work with but not work for Great accounts Good benefits

      Cons

      Pay sucks...no raise in 7 yrs Upper management will stab you in the back in a heartbeat No room to advance if your a driver...most managers could care less if you stay or go when i started you seen drivers with 15-20 yrs not anymore...maybe 1-2 yrs sad that they have let a great company go down the drain...might as well be working for JB or Schneider

      Pros

      Pay was better than most places at the beginning.

      Cons

      Upper management has zero clue how to connect with the employees at the shop level. Over-delegation with zero accountability. Problems aren’t actually solved, they’re just redirected in a way that creates more stress and issues for both employees and customers.
