      Great people to work with. Good training ground for new people in sales. Decent pay scale with some training for sales.

      Cons

      Will cut service to customer but stock price does not move. No training for service part of the organization. Pay raises for service end very rare.

      Amount of work can be a little overwhelming at times but team is very supportive and ready to jump in to help when needed.
