Pros
I liked working with coworkers while in Mexico, Italy and Germany. They were polite, hardworking and professional. I learned a lot more about how product quality was important to them and their customers.
Cons
Compared to the coworkers in Mexico, Italy and Germany, most in the U.S. branches were disrespectful. There wasn't much room for diversity and a lot of racism, sexism and ageism was acceptable on a daily basis. This does not take the equal employer opportunity rule seriously because they have a high turnover. They don't care about worker safety on the production line or in the office. They are bias toward Caucasians.
