      Will be very friendly before joining.

      Cons

      Worst Company, will never stick to word and will always try to degrade employees and they know only one thing that is to harass employees. The owner Satish is the main cause for all this. Definitely USCIS need to take severe action again these type of companies.

      Good Company to work, Trust worthy ppl, Pay in time , they stick to their word, very good to work with.No false promises.Because of scubesoft many friends i know are working as Managers, most of them are in well settled their Career, They Guide you very well.

      Being Upfront. they don't lie.

      Good Company to work,Pay in time,Has good Contacts to place candidates, They have been in business since 2004, Many times they got me the project in 2-3 weeks of time.

      They are not aggressive like new Companies they follow Rules to make sure every thing is good
