      None. Maybe a decent salary if that's all you care about.

      They are slow respond, dishonest, and overall make it incredibly stressful and tedious to deal with them. They are incredibly stingy with negotiations and benefits.

      Good Company to work, Trust worthy ppl, Pay in time , they stick to their word, very good to work with.No false promises.Because of scubesoft many friends i know are working as Managers, most of them are in well settled their Career, They Guide you very well.

      Being Upfront. they don't lie.

      Good Company to work,Pay in time,Has good Contacts to place candidates, They have been in business since 2004, Many times they got me the project in 2-3 weeks of time.

      They are not aggressive like new Companies they follow Rules to make sure every thing is good
