      Pros

      Plenty of flexibility with schedules and work times. You feel you can manage your own time and focus on things that are important to complete when you need to complete.

      Cons

      The flexibility seems to be available because leadership is not the best. There just seems to be a little disorganization with the procedures and how things are done on a daily basis. How you are paid is very annoying!

      Good Company to work, Trust worthy ppl, Pay in time , they stick to their word, very good to work with.No false promises.Because of scubesoft many friends i know are working as Managers, most of them are in well settled their Career, They Guide you very well.

      Cons

      Being Upfront. they don't lie.

      Good Company to work,Pay in time,Has good Contacts to place candidates, They have been in business since 2004, Many times they got me the project in 2-3 weeks of time.

      Cons

      They are not aggressive like new Companies they follow Rules to make sure every thing is good
