Some of the employment benefits, such as the fact they follow all Federal holidays, so you get more holidays off than most companies.

Cons

Stressful. Always changing deadlines by removing the amount of time to achieve them and/or removing the amount of help you have for projects. Always changing goal requirements, and making them impossible to achieve every year. NEVER complain about problems with your team or tasks, or you will certainly see a very negative change to your job.
