Thank you for sharing your feedback. We're glad to hear that your time with Saga Education has been dynamic and that you feel supported in your work. We understand your concern around compensation and role expectations. Our tutor roles are designed to support classroom learning rather than replace certified teachers, and compensation is structured accordingly and set above minimum wage, with benefits and flexibility offered where applicable. We recognize that the scope of work can sometimes feel broader than anticipated, and we constantly review role responsibilities, workload, and compensation as part of our ongoing improvement efforts. We value your feedback and appreciate hearing your perspective on pay and workload. Your input helps inform future decisions as we work to better support our staff while continuing to serve students effectively.
