Flexible Paid Time off (Vacation Time) but do not expect to be able to use it. Expect to burn out easily, could be a pro for some who like to be extremely busy at all times

Salaries are not competitive, very low compared to the market rates of similar organizations Health Insurance is very expensive Lack of Recognition from leadership Non existent work/life balance, still required to work during your scheduled time off, vacations and after hours.
