Great opportunity for anyone passionate for teaching and social justice
Cons
Very minimum pay, and your experience depends on your site director and learning coordinator. If you don’t get along with any one of your team, good luck!

Thank you for sharing your experience with us. It’s important that we hire and retain high-quality job candidates, that’s why it is unfortunate that was you did not have a good experience with your supervisor. We prioritize professional training and development with all of our staff, and we will make sure to reflect on the quality and frequency of feedback so that Fellows can thrive in their roles. Even so, we are happy to hear that you built positive relationships with our students and that you connected with our mission to accelerate educational equity. As an AmeriCorps member serving for Saga, you receive a stipend and a comprehensive package for your gap year that is both challenging and rewarding.
