One of the main pros of working with SAI is that they offer very competitive rates, much better than many other companies in the industry. That’s one of the things that really catches your attention during the interview and makes you want to join. Another positive point is that they use the Boostlingo platform, which is efficient and well suited for handling interpretation assignments.
Cons
However, the downside is that after being hired, you don’t actually receive any calls. It’s frustrating because you get excited about having such a great per-minute rate, but you end up not interpreting at all. I’ve been with the company for a year and haven’t received a single call, it almost feels like a scam or some kind of money laundering operation.
