Pros

I'm very grateful to have been employed at SAI360 for so many years. It's the longest company I've worked at when I use to change jobs every 2-3 years. The CEO and leadership team are a big reason for having stayed at the company. Though the company has been through many transitions during my tenure, it's a lean, well oiled machine. The current employees are skilled and driven. They know the business well and we often have people returning after finding the grass is not greener on the other side. I've worked with very toxic leaders and with individuals who are not motivated, but SAI360 has employees who are given anonymity to drive performance, share innovative ideas and are not held back. The company prides itself on listening to every player and looks to support those who want personal growth. I'm truly grateful we have such a great CEO, Peter Granat, who sets a bar high, but understands his employees, the industry and works with him team to go above and beyond to support the SAI360 customers.

Cons

SAI360 doesn't provide BCBS for health insurance. In a period when mental health support is costly. Cigna isn't supported by many providers. When companies provide very few perks for employees overall, quality insurance is one of the best benefits.

Pros

-People first culture: The best part of SAI360 is the people. From leadership down, teams genuinely care about one another and share a real passion for the products they’re building. Leadership is transparent and approachable, which creates a sense of openness across the company. Collaboration is a part of the everyday culture, and successes are celebrated together. -Opportunities to grow: Growth at SAI360 is encouraged. There’s no gatekeeping or silos. If you want to learn, stretch cross functionally into new areas, or take on bigger challenges, people here will support you. The encouragement to keep building your skills is real, and it’s a big reason why so many choose to spend a meaningful part of their careers here.

Cons

Change: With a fast-growing industry like GRC, change is necessary to keep pace. While this creates exciting opportunities and forward momentum, it’s not the right fit for everyone. To be successful, you should be open to learning and adapting along the way.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I am sorry to read of your negative view of the organization and that your experience has led you to feel this way. While we take all feedback seriously, I would note that, based on our regular employee engagement surveys, the concerns you describe are not a common theme expressed by our employees. Our Employee Net Promoter Score is consistently in the high second quartile when benchmarked against a broad range of organizations, which gives us confidence that many of our employees have a positive experience working at SAI360. That said, we recognize that survey results do not diminish an individual's personal experience. If you have experienced behaviour from a leader or manager that you believe falls short of our standards, I would be grateful if you would reach out to me personally so that we can better understand and formally review your concerns. We remain committed to fostering a respectful, inclusive, and ethical workplace where employees feel heard, supported, and able to raise concerns without hesitation. Thank you again for sharing your perspective, and I wish you all the best for the future.
