SAK is a growing company that truly cares for it's employees. Being with a growing company ensures job stability and career growth. And management knows that in order to retain good employees, they must treat their employees with respect and offer a desirable work environment. Work/life balance is valued. Not to mention the perks of company BBQs, holiday parties and social events.

Cons

Some positions may require travel and may not allow for flexibility at times, but the company does try to be accommodating, when possible.
