Pros
Many of the people there are great to work with.
Cons
No real structure. As long as you are one of the CEO's favorites you can do whatever you want. Suck up to Sam and you're golden; don't and eventually you'll be gone - even if you are performing well. Dishonest HR - they aren't truthful about why people left (leaving). If you force someone to leave by laying them off, don't say they voluntarily resigned.
