Finance Perspective: outsiders - Accountant III SAM Companies Employee Review

We are extremely proud to be voted five years in a row for Austin Top Workplaces award. We attribute one of the reasons for the continued honor of this recognition is due to our company culture. Our monthly events play a significant part in establishing our culture and we encourage our employees to attend. I am disappointed to hear that you felt you were unable to attend due to the workload in your department. I am equally disappointed to hear that you felt that advancements are based on relationships rather than on employees’ talents and the contribution they have made to the company. We believe in providing our employees with opportunities to advance and allowing them to take their careers as far as they may want by instituting a tuition reimbursement program, CEU programs, and lunch and learn training opportunities. As SAM continues to grow and expand, we inevitably will experience changes to better service our clients and improve processes for our employees.
