Pros
More hours than you can handle, so although you may work for less money than you deserve, when you X that by 100 hours a week the paycheck gives the illusion of being big.
Cons
Constantly trying to get you to violate safety regulations, forcing you to work too many hours without proper rest, causing heavy fatigue. The buddy system protects lazy employees to sit & do nothing while a coworker does all the work. This company is new in the pipeline industry, they haven't quite figured it out and have so much to learn.
