This recognition is truly an honor for us as it is based on our employees’ feedback on how we are doing to create an environment that provides challenges and opportunities for growth. All companies, big and small, suffer from office politics and I would agree that it is unproductive. Although we can never eliminate this, we will continue to make an effort to keep office politics to a minimal.
