I like to start by thanking you for your feedback. We work hard to promote a culture of inclusion, focus on recognizing all our employees’ contributions and talents and are committed to providing everyone with the ability to achieve their career goals. I have the uncompromising belief that the diversity of our employees, based on their experience, background, education and willingness to learn new skills is what strengthen us as a company. Without our employees we would not be successful. Yes, we offer breakfast tacos every Wednesday to our employees along with hosting monthly events as one small way to show our appreciation for the effort and dedication our employees show every day. We understand that to truly support our employees we must provide them with the opportunity to grow and develop in their jobs, as well as provide them with a good work environment that is based on respect.
Our company’s core values are our guiding principles for the decisions we make every day: Integrity and Ethics, People, Excellence in Service, Safety and Community. It concerns me that employees do not believe that these values are being exemplified by managers. Like all companies, there are opportunities for us to improve. I am extending an invitation to you to meet with me where you may feel most comfortable to discuss your concerns so that I may understand what may be occurring to determine how to best resolve it.
