Pros
I've been reading these reviews and have remain silent as everyone is entitled to their opinions. However, I am tired of reading the negative opinions of some while the majority of us at SAM who enjoyed coming in to work everyday, allow those few negative opinions to represents us. My coworkers and I talked about these reviews and are in disbelief of what is being said. Company encourages employees to learn and grow, we have great benefits, can't beat the 401k match and insurance and the food at SAM you can't beat it. Are they perfect? No, but what company is??? One thing I do know, they really do care about the people.
Cons
Busy....lots of work..some may consider this a con, put for some having the overtime is good thing.
