Thank you for taking the time to provide us with your feedback. We welcome input to help us improve on roadblocks as we continue to grow our business. It is unfortunate that you did not have a good experience working with our firm. As a means to strengthen our internal communication, we implemented our Learning and Development program earlier this year. It is our intent to train our managers on best practices and processes. Our hope is that this program encourages managers to build strong, working relationships with their employees. We want them to maintain lasting connections with their teams which is a principle that ties back to our Core Value, Integrity & Ethics. I appreciate the acknowledgement of our HR Team.
