Don't be fooled by the "Top Workplaces" logo. This company tries to make up for a lot of things by throwing events. It's not worth it. Go earn yourself some good pay, because in my opinion, SAM does not pay well. Morale has shot down, and the leadership doesn't know the first thing they're doing. It's a good ol boys club and to me, and women have a glass ceiling. Just go check out their leadership page. You'll see some common themes like gender and diversity that are very much lacking at this company. You can do better.
