Pros
The company is constantly doing things to promote camaraderie and employee morale. Yes, the work is stressful, deadlines are tight, but that's true of any successful company in today's market. SAM does an amazing job of offering work-life balance in a growth oriented firm.
Cons
With exponential growth comes growing pains. But, the company has made great strides in catching up with technology, policy, and support staff since their initial expansion began in 2012-13.
