Pros
The culture used to be great until SAP acquired Concur. Working remote was a plus and the base salary plus commission is good for the industry.
Cons
Some sales people should not be promoted into a management position just because they did well in their sales role. Mind games, jealousy and playing good cop/back cop with the VP is not the way to run a team. Also, learn how to evenly distribute the opportunity between RSE's - it's amazing how someone with 6 states can be the top sales rep!! While the rest of the team are beating themselves to death trying to make their numbers.
