The Quality Assurance group is Incompetent - Anonymous employee SAP Concur Employee Review

The senior qa management is incompetent not a single one of them have any experience running a qa org. They act as a know it all but their reports actually laugh at their incompetency. I did not get any direction or support from my management and I was promised the world and when i delivered, the promises vanished.If incompetency was bad enough the management actually horrible at listening to their reports and acting on it. Never een such low morale among the employees as I have seen with the qa team at concur.
