Pros
Outstanding company, with very cool ideas and motivating leads. Great colleagues worldwide. Interesting job, including manual and automated testing, sometimes with customers interaction. Very knowledgeable QA director.
Cons
Below QA director, in general, are not qualified managers and supervisors. Neither technical, nor providing people management. Unfortunately they do not have vision of our day-to-day job and do not provide support. Cancelling or permanent moving of meetings 15 min before start is also not very motivating. Limited career growth plan – so far all managers are in US, even majority of supervisors also. Salaries, lower than in the market. Very average benefits.
