High growth company. Opportunities to do new things if you have the right leader. Global. Opportunities to travel. Good people for the most part.
Cons
Work/life balance can be an issue. Culture can vary by group depending on the leader - can be more negative & aggressive in some parts of the business. Very top down management with many decisions aggregated at the top.
