Small company - big attitude - Sales SAP Concur Employee Review

I witnessed 4 successful producers terminated - due to favoritism. Following their departure negative rumors were spread as to the reason(s) for their dismissal - to deflect attention from the favoritism. All were successful producers - one was even termed in a very visible and unprofessional display at a sales meeting. If you are a friend of management you are safe. If you simply do your job and post your numbers your job is probably in jeopardy. A small company that WANTS to be big - but just ends up being a bully.
