Pros
The people are amazing, the ones that are still there that made the company great! Pay is above average.
Cons
SAP has ruined this line of business. No product development, forced forecasting, tremendous stress on the first line managers and in the field. Travel is restricted which makes seeing your peers impossible, not good for team morale.
