Good inter-department communication and relations. Customer centric Established processes for most work and client situations/projects. Amazing programs/seminars to help with stress managements and work/life balance

Work and Life balance is hard especially if you work remotely Mental stress is a bit higher since you may be working with specific metrics or deadlines Recent 2024 re-org probably disrupted workloads and shifted teams (temporary)
