Pros
This is a great place for learning and growing. It, like most places, is what you make it. Choosing to invest and grow with others is very easy to do. Also, there is great work life balance!
Cons
Market saturation is a real thing and SAP Concur owns +/- 50% of the T&E market. New Business hunters may have a challenging time turning over the quantity of units (new businesses) to meet there quotas and would be "hit or miss" pending leadflow.
