      Not a good place for freshers; good if one wants to settle down (after 9-10 year's exp) - Software Engineer SAP Employee Review

      Pros

      -Good Workplace with amazing facilities like free food, free transport, good allocation of team budgets. - Work culture of colleagues good, always helpful. - Big brand name. - Fat pay (makes you Fattt). - Good Exposure to Enterprise software.

      Cons

      - Management always biased towards a person of their liking (Favoritism) - To grow on has to work!! (not actual work) but work hard enough in cajoling the manager - Too much talk, less work. - Nothing much to learn technically. (all core work done in Germany) - Abroad opportunities, almost nil. - Mid level management bulge enormous (reminds me of an X-ray emitting vacuum tube) - Thi list will go on like never ending SAP Notes ;)

      Pros

      The people at SAP are genuinely nice, and the culture is generally supportive. The work-life balance is good to an extent, but when you're busy, you're BUSY. SAP is highly complex so expect to take a year to ramp up.

      Cons

      Only way to get a high salary is if you're hired externally. They do not reward employees who are loyal to the company. Closed opportunities often have to go through the Compensation Exception Committee, creating uncertainty around earnings. Prepare for constant change, whether that's solutions being removed from your sales bag, account shifts, territory realignments, or changing compensation policies. Quotas can be difficult to attain
