Easy to feel safe and valuable Managers seem to make decent money

- Don’t provide yoy raises that match inflation - Don’t allow you to step out of your silo, so you end up not really knowing much in terms of the overall erp schema - Resume experience with SAP is not valuable in the job market and takes a long time to finally get a new job - Professional services appears to be going away without any support - resource management tools have less and less positions as the other consulting orgs take everything - utilization went “away” but it’s still heavily referenced - rsu’s no longer given / incentivized - lack of work you find rewarding and days are filled with a boring void of nothing but training to keep you occupied - infighting amongst groups that hurt the overall product. Management fights to keep their silo relevant as they push against their colleagues
