More cons than pros RMCP IS a good idea but they don’t know how to care about their employees how they want to care about the ppl on the phone. Turn over is high. This place is full of managers, not leaders. Who do you want to work for?

Mgmt, hours, pay, training, will always need therapy when your job doesn’t involved the phone bc you mgr will rip your leg off!
