Business Outlook
Pros
The company has great technology, supports work/life issues very well, has generous benefits and perqs, provides a wonderful work environment, and provides job security during economic downturns (since SAS is private). Dr. Goodnight really seems to appreciate the employees (really - he doesn't just say it, he means it, and he backs it up with $$). The company also has a very international feeling, since half of our employees and over half of our revenues come from outside the US.
Cons
No tuition reimbursement plan. Company is a bit insular. Long term employees have had it so good for so long that they sometimes fail to appreciate how great a workplace SAS really is.
