Pros
SAS offers a supportive environment for employees. Work-balance is good for most job functions, although some can be very stressful. The campus is beautiful with many amenities. Benefits and perks are very good.
Cons
Your experience at SAS is directly related to who your manager is. Many managers are very good, but some who are competent at their own job functions are not as talented at managing people.
