Outdated Company - Test Engineer SAS Employee Review

Outdated technology, principles, and game plan, only riding on the success from the 1980s/1990s. No room to grow/switch roles. Below average pay, and every time I try to get more money they quickly deflect and ignore you until their yearly review (of which you have no control over). I would switch roles but there's no room there either. I'm leaving asap.
