Pros

My team lead and fellow team members are the best. I enjoy working with them so much! It's not all that often you find a team that works so well together. That is the only reason I haven't went elsewhere yet.

Cons

Management is horrible. The way our immediate supervisor talks to employees and and the way she treats them are probably why 90% of new hires quit after a week. Very unprofessional. They cheat the clients we do services for by instructing us to do the least amount of work possible (skip steps) to complete the resets as fast as we can because it makes them more money. Management never schedules employees properly for work load. Inconsistent hours. 30 hours one week then 8 the next. No benefits, no bonuses, no raises, no paid time off.. half the time we are required to work thru lunch! Management plays favorites and discriminates.

Pros

• You work Mon-Thurs. Weekends are always free • You’re entitled to two breaks, a 30 minute unpaid break and a 15 minute paid break.

Cons

• This job will destroy your body. Lifting, kneeling, squatting all day for minimum wage is not sustainable. Nobody should have to work so hard for breadcrumbs in return. • Management will try to rush you to get the project done, which increases your risk of injury and products falling/breaking open • The hours are vary wildly depending on the project assigned. Sometimes you work 4-5 hours, sometimes closer to 9-10. Don’t bother making an appointment on your work day, because you probably won’t make it • Gas reimbursement is a joke, about a couple of dollars, and will not cover the full expense of your travel • Step stools can be hard to come by. You may have to stand on a milk crate. Cross your fingers that it doesn’t break
