Pros

Gaining experience in the industry to move on. The hpurs are great. No weekends and i love that we work 4 10 hour shifts. However 80% of the time we get off after 40 hpurs and go earn overtime.

Cons

To come in everyday day in and day out and bust your butt working on a deadline and having pur finished set look perfect....their are no atta girls or atta boys. Ever. There is however plenty of rolled eyes by the coordinators, being called stupid, lazy, inadaquate, replaceable, and just downright bullied that by werks end any amount of confidence gained is shot down fast. I dont know what part of the country these others are in that love this company, but here in the midwest sure come work here if you have low self esteem and want it stomped on. Management is horrible. If you arent one of the favored ones....expect to be treated like a piece of crap.

Pros

• You work Mon-Thurs. Weekends are always free • You’re entitled to two breaks, a 30 minute unpaid break and a 15 minute paid break.

Cons

• This job will destroy your body. Lifting, kneeling, squatting all day for minimum wage is not sustainable. Nobody should have to work so hard for breadcrumbs in return. • Management will try to rush you to get the project done, which increases your risk of injury and products falling/breaking open • The hours are vary wildly depending on the project assigned. Sometimes you work 4-5 hours, sometimes closer to 9-10. Don’t bother making an appointment on your work day, because you probably won’t make it • Gas reimbursement is a joke, about a couple of dollars, and will not cover the full expense of your travel • Step stools can be hard to come by. You may have to stand on a milk crate. Cross your fingers that it doesn’t break
