Pros

Very pleasant HR staff contacted me via text, email, and phone.

Cons

I was hired three weeks ago, after filling out the federal forms. Other than the two HR employees, I have had zero communication with the company. Prior to being hired I was advised this position was 14-20 hours a week. After one week passed, I advised HR of the lack of communication, and was advised an area supervisor would contact me and was provided with his email address. I emailed him and have yet to receive a reply. At this point, I gave up and took a position with another company in a similar job.

Pros

• You work Mon-Thurs. Weekends are always free • You’re entitled to two breaks, a 30 minute unpaid break and a 15 minute paid break.

Cons

• This job will destroy your body. Lifting, kneeling, squatting all day for minimum wage is not sustainable. Nobody should have to work so hard for breadcrumbs in return. • Management will try to rush you to get the project done, which increases your risk of injury and products falling/breaking open • The hours are vary wildly depending on the project assigned. Sometimes you work 4-5 hours, sometimes closer to 9-10. Don’t bother making an appointment on your work day, because you probably won’t make it • Gas reimbursement is a joke, about a couple of dollars, and will not cover the full expense of your travel • Step stools can be hard to come by. You may have to stand on a milk crate. Cross your fingers that it doesn’t break
