Pros

No nights, no weekends, can’t beat the work schedule! Our team works together like a team should My supervisor (current and previous) always has our backs No sitting at a desk, minimal computer time (unless you’re a team lead) When the day is done it’s done. I don’t go home mentally or emotionally stressed Have gotten to know so many nice people at the stores we work at

Cons

A raise would be nice. I realize they are somewhat constrained by what the companies pay them but hey higher ups, try skipping a restaurant lunch or two Our responsibilities increased but our pay did not. (Probably specific to this client though) Recruiter needs to do a MUCH better and more thorough job of vetting prospective employees. We have really had some pieces of work.

Pros

• You work Mon-Thurs. Weekends are always free • You’re entitled to two breaks, a 30 minute unpaid break and a 15 minute paid break.

Cons

• This job will destroy your body. Lifting, kneeling, squatting all day for minimum wage is not sustainable. Nobody should have to work so hard for breadcrumbs in return. • Management will try to rush you to get the project done, which increases your risk of injury and products falling/breaking open • The hours are vary wildly depending on the project assigned. Sometimes you work 4-5 hours, sometimes closer to 9-10. Don’t bother making an appointment on your work day, because you probably won’t make it • Gas reimbursement is a joke, about a couple of dollars, and will not cover the full expense of your travel • Step stools can be hard to come by. You may have to stand on a milk crate. Cross your fingers that it doesn’t break
