Pros

-Mostly great co-workers -$25 per diem when traveling per day

Cons

-POOR COMMUNICATION between team leads and employees -Not flexiable hours -NO raises but more work -HIGH SCHOOL like environment within teams -No room for advancement unless you are sleeping with management -Not allowed to call in, leave early, or be sick for you will receive an OCCURANCE, EVEN WITH DOCTORS NOTE,receive 6 of them and you are terminated -Mileage compensation sucks, .15cents/per mile after first 30 miles, which will never change per management -Company does not care for its employees - Favortisim plays heavily on daily sets - Allows employees to be racist,rude, and foul mouthed on the sales floor

Pros

• You work Mon-Thurs. Weekends are always free • You’re entitled to two breaks, a 30 minute unpaid break and a 15 minute paid break.

Cons

• This job will destroy your body. Lifting, kneeling, squatting all day for minimum wage is not sustainable. Nobody should have to work so hard for breadcrumbs in return. • Management will try to rush you to get the project done, which increases your risk of injury and products falling/breaking open • The hours are vary wildly depending on the project assigned. Sometimes you work 4-5 hours, sometimes closer to 9-10. Don’t bother making an appointment on your work day, because you probably won’t make it • Gas reimbursement is a joke, about a couple of dollars, and will not cover the full expense of your travel • Step stools can be hard to come by. You may have to stand on a milk crate. Cross your fingers that it doesn’t break
