Pros

travel, fun, meet fun people

Cons

They classify most of the employees at parttime even though it is a full time position. I literally get paid overtime but they still show me as a part time employee. I am assuming they do this so they don't have to contibrute for any benefits or give any paid time off. It's really a bad way to treat people. Employers need to understand that if they would just treat their people well then they will have loyal employees, which will make up for anything they had to pay for benefits. Not only do I miss out on a full time employees benefits but it has caused me issues when I was applying for an auto loan. I list my income and state that I am full time, since I make full time income. But the finance company calls to verify and they are told I am part time, since that is my actually classification. The finance company thinks I am lying and that I don't have the income to take out the loan.

Pros

• You work Mon-Thurs. Weekends are always free • You’re entitled to two breaks, a 30 minute unpaid break and a 15 minute paid break.

Cons

• This job will destroy your body. Lifting, kneeling, squatting all day for minimum wage is not sustainable. Nobody should have to work so hard for breadcrumbs in return. • Management will try to rush you to get the project done, which increases your risk of injury and products falling/breaking open • The hours are vary wildly depending on the project assigned. Sometimes you work 4-5 hours, sometimes closer to 9-10. Don’t bother making an appointment on your work day, because you probably won’t make it • Gas reimbursement is a joke, about a couple of dollars, and will not cover the full expense of your travel • Step stools can be hard to come by. You may have to stand on a milk crate. Cross your fingers that it doesn’t break
