Had the opportunity to work in the Physician's Referral Office and at the Emergency Dept. Registra. My work was and duties were limited due to HIPAA regulations, but I still managed to file referrals as well as make calls to patients. The time in the ER was the most rewarding, but limited as well. I enjoyed the interaction with the incoming patients (interviewing and verifying bio/demographical and insurance information) and diversity of the staff.
