      Company values that are linked through all of the business objectives. You feel as though you are truly a part of the team, the company, and the family. This companies provides many opportunities for you to be involved in decision making.

      Cons

      The private owned nature of the company lends to very protected decision making in areas that should still provide full autonomy. The HR organization does not support and promote individual development.

      Pros

      You will not be bothered by people talking to you, benefits seem okay.

      Cons

      Don’t expect to be trained on anything. Management will expect you to figure things out on your own, request your own accesses and figure out what you need without any guidance. They’ll send people to you for questions on how to do stuff within your first couple days, not having taught you how to do those things.
