Pros

Can find some good and smart people in the organization. Company starts to change the out-of-date B&C system in other international branches.

Cons

Unclear R&R after the transformation and new management group chooses to ignore it and this is letting the company never fix the true problems. Moral is low. Cannot agree more with one of the reviews in this site about the bullying response. That the managers threaten and yell at employees does exist. Higher management chooses to ignore it and there is no effective system from HR to control this. Any good people management training and system seems to be trash to the department leads if their managers are not in the same country. Double standards. Some managers and directors have no knowledge and intend to learn about real work or listen to the people. They made wrong decisions due to lack of knowledge and they blame on the subordinates. Also, the weird so called "team" phrase. Senior managers never really look at the how the team does the work, but purely believe someone can fix it. Passive aggressive people occupy the positions everywhere.

Thank you for your feedback. We want all SCJ people to feel respected and valued, and the comments you raise don’t describe the policies we have in place or the kind of company we want to be. Anyone who feels bullied at work can and should speak up. Pros

You will not be bothered by people talking to you, benefits seem okay.

Cons

Don’t expect to be trained on anything. Management will expect you to figure things out on your own, request your own accesses and figure out what you need without any guidance. They’ll send people to you for questions on how to do stuff within your first couple days, not having taught you how to do those things.
