      Pros

      This very much a family oriented company. Everyone seems to have passion about they work on. Not a public traded company which gives it flexibility to change easily with the change in markets. Great Brands! This company has great potential for employee globally.

      Cons

      The development process is extremely complex which makes slow to market for the simplest project. Everyday, there is a new process. Decision making is too high of a level for typical industry challenges.

      Pros

      You will not be bothered by people talking to you, benefits seem okay.

      Cons

      Don’t expect to be trained on anything. Management will expect you to figure things out on your own, request your own accesses and figure out what you need without any guidance. They’ll send people to you for questions on how to do stuff within your first couple days, not having taught you how to do those things.
