- Family company; no investor/board pressure
- Great benefits and extras (company gym, day care, vacation rentals)
- Good people that work for company in general
Cons
- Slow moving on decisions
- Not good at innovation and pushing innovation through pipeline
- Reactive, not proactive
- not generous telecommuting policy, lost many young employees to this

Thank you taking time to share your thoughts. It’s great to hear your positive feedback on the people and benefits of a being a family company. We’re always looking for opportunities to improve and are working hard to support the company’s ability to drive innovation.
You will not be bothered by people talking to you, benefits seem okay.
Cons
Don’t expect to be trained on anything. Management will expect you to figure things out on your own, request your own accesses and figure out what you need without any guidance. They’ll send people to you for questions on how to do stuff within your first couple days, not having taught you how to do those things.
