S.C. Johnson is in the midst of a long slide down. Management is so disconnected from people on the floor that they either have no idea what is going on or don't care. Boot licking is what gets you furthest here, forget about trivial things like skill, experience and work ethic. If lower to mid management targets an employee then that employee is gone. It prides itself on being a great place to work, well if you enjoy kissing up, ratting out your coworkers and being lazy then this is the place for you. The company would have you believe they are working on improving things but that's just a ruse. Ask anybody who works on the floor for their honest opinion and they WILL tell you....it is a concerted effort from management to lie, bully and harass employees into submission.
